    Bad customer service they deny me because I had a other account not I didnt it fraud and I get them give me arbitration agreement but they didnt can you please call me

    I have had trouble with two of my accounts with this company since they took over them for ***********************. I already have submitted complaints to BBB. Every month there is always a problem. I am soooo tired of it. Today 3-1-25, I went to pay my bill, which is due today and my on-line acct shows I am past due. This is not true, I paid my last month bill due 2-1-25 on 1-24-25. So, I went in to pay just for one month and I can not do that on-line because it wouldn't let you change the amount due. Also, my husbands account shows past due and the due date is also today. I don't understand why the accounts on-line are always incorrect, this is always a problem, so again I will have to make yet another call on Monday to pay my bill. I do not like giving my credit card information over the phone to people. I would also like it if you were able to see a list of prior payments made to these accounts on-line. This is 2025, you should be able to view all account information on-line.

    We had an insurance policy with Union Plus. They were to take payment out of our account each month. They did for a couple of months then turned it over to another company. They withdrew one payment. We thought they were withdrawing each month like they were suppose too,but evidently they did not. One day we got a bill for a large amount to pay or they would lapse our insurance. We are on a fixed budget and could not pay that amount when they were to withdraw our monthly payments from our bank account. We would still have the insurance policy if they would have withdrawn our payments as promised. This is a policy for coal miners and I was a coal miner for years.They let our pick fall through the cracks when the new company took over. NOT OUR FAULT !!!

    I used the Union Plus website to see if im pre-approved for a credit card offered from them. the website indicated I could find out if I'm eligible without risk to my credit score. However, that was not the case as I was forwarded to a website through *********** with steps for me to enter my personal information. Again, I assumed this was apart of the pre-approval process. The end screen showed that an application was sent to ***********. That was not my intent nor was that what was initially advertised on the Union Plus website. I find this to be fraudulent, misleading and deceitful on Union Plus and ***********'s part. I just want people to be aware or at least have it documented that both the Union Plus website and *********** are causing hard inquiries on peoples credit scores and they may not even know it.     Set up life insurance with initial payment and account on file for monthly auto deduct- got a letter saying I owed a payment- link and phone was provided to make payment- neither worked- I have attempted to contact the company a dozen times and no one will return my call- there has been no way to male the payment since I received the letter and my friends at work got the exact same notice, paid by check, and the check was not cashed and company will not return their calls. This seems like a scam the company is using to drop coverage and collect the initial payments based on how many coworkers are experiencing the same issue and I hope BBB can help resolve so I can continue my coverage at the agreed upon initial rate and have my payments auto deducted each month as set up when I began coverage

    I had my insurance with Union Plus and it was supposed to expire when I turned 80. I told them I wanted to get my money for my surrendered policy. They said it would be about $2300. They asked if I wanted them to send me paperwork or do it online, I said by mail. I filled out the paperwork and sent it back but since then have not received anything. I have contacted them but cannot get an answer. I just want to know the status.

    Union Plus offers a disability grand to union plus credit card holders. (terms and conditions are met) I happen to be in such situation where I became disabled, and in need of financial assistance. Besides general website information, the specific application is not opening to fill out. (tried multiple times) I requested application with my attorney's help and had no response from union plus. The general phone line is not answering my messages nor emails. Please help to get ahold of anyone running this business to proceed with the claim.
