      I filed a complaint with the Besy Bus Company immediately following a trip I took from ******************** to *************. Upon my return on July 23, 2024, I discovered damage to my luggage bag and clothing from an unknown type of critters in the seat where I sat and in the overhead compartment. The bug-type creatures had attached themselves to my clothing (pants/shorts, underwear and top as well as my luggage bag. The creature/critters/strange looking bugs had spikes that embedded into the clothing. There were so many on my clothing I was too fearful to remove them. Therefore, I took off my clothes instead of removing them. I didnt make any attempt to pull them off my bag either. I became very concerned that they would bite me and cause skin irritation on my body. I also didnt want to chance bringing these unknown creatures into my home where they could infect my carpet and furniture. Therefore, I left my clothes and luggage bag outside. I suffered an itchy feeling on my legs and upper groin area. I sent an email to customer service who made false promises that a manager would contact me. I never received any follow up from the management team as I was told. I asked in writing for compensation to cover replacement of my clothes and the bag. To this date, I have not heard anything from anybody regarding this matter. I sent pictures as requested to the company as well. There has not been any response from Best Bus regarding my request to compensation! The last email was dated July 25. The email was sent to ******************************** Contact name was ******. Phone number is ************. No one had reached out to me since then. This had led me to contact BBB for assistance.
