      I just received some loan documents and there is a MPN with Career Technical Institute as the school and I never attended the school from 2004 to 2025. These loan documents are not accurate and I didn't authorized these loans.

      I graduated from this school on July 27th. I have since asked on 3 separate occasions for my diploma, certificate, and/or transcript. All vital documents for applying to a new job and for my personal filing. I have been consistently ignored. I have emailed 3 times and called once. It is now going on 2 months and still nothing. Its funny how they taught customer service but do not practice it.

      In reviewing this student's records, it has been confirmed that her Certificate was mailed to her on September 26, 2022 to the following address (which is the same address contained in her complaint to the BBB): **** ******** *****, Bossier City, LA *****. 
      We were not aware that the student did not receive her Certificate since we do not have any record of reach out from the student since that date. 
      In order to resolve this complaint, we are remailing a copy of her Certificate to her at the address listed in her complaint (also shown above).
