            I have called you MANY times and every time i call customer service gives me a mail box number to leave a message, which I have left numerous messages. no one has bothered to return my calls. There was a 30 day free trial, after 30 days they were then going to charge me $199.95 for the membership. I stupidly gave them my bank account and routing number. One day after I spoke to them they charge my account the $199.95 after 3 days I realized that that I would receive no benefit from joining, so I have been trying to call to cancel.. they were suppose send me a information packet, never receive that. My complaint is that I never authorized you to take $199.95 out of my account before the 30 days. I never received the packet and you have since taken out $199.95 out of my account.. I have tried to resolve this over the phone so many times, and no one calls back! When i try the number, I am on hold from 8-25 minutes then i get hung up on! I want this matter resolved i want the money back that i NEVER authorized you to take out. I would appreciate a prompt response since i have been so patient.
