  Mancini pool decks was recommended by my pool install company. Biggest mistake ever! Mancini poured our concrete in early December 2017! Assured us the weather wasn’t too cold and all would be fine. Originally we were told that Mancini would prepare ground and be back in the spring to pour, next thing we knew without notice of change of work, a cement truck was in our driveway.
  That Feb 2018 we had 2 weeks of below zero weather!
  Spring came once snow had melted I walked out to the pool, I wanted to walk around my patio. And admire something I have ALWAYS dreamed of having in my yard of my home. My pure excitement and joy quickly turned to tears, the largest area of our patio had one continuous crack that expanded through 6 large cement slabs which measures roughly 30 feet! Upon calling my pool install project coordinator I was told I needed to deal with Mancini directly. Mancini came over immediately took no responsibility for the large expanse of cracked concrete and told us that it was due to the material (dirt) under concrete in our yard.the entire cracked section was removed and reported. And now our brushed panels did not even closely resembled the rest of original patio! Each year after opening of our first pool season in 2018 we had more sections that continued to crack! He refused to replace one cracked area and said he would patch it and I’d never notice the patch. LIE not only was patch PINK but it resembled a speed bump in place of the crack! Multiple other areas were cracked as the seasons went on! Mancini refusing to do any more repairs/replacements and literally told my husband and I that he has now lost any profit from our job! Well maybe IF he did the job RIGHT the first time and didn’t need to physically replace 1/2 out pool deck he would have made his profit. And now we are left literally with the rest of our pool patio with cracks!!!! BE WARE of Joe Mancini Pool Decks and Patios!!!

  This was the worst experience with a company that we have had yet. We hired them for a LARGE job to do multiple walkways, and patios, which took a lot of manpower, The contract was signed before others in our neighborhood for them to do this job and they started working on a neighbor before us that used a different pool company. We had to hound them to come and do this job. The men who came were swearing in front of our kids, and were very rude and disrespectful.
  We realized in under a year that we had fading paint in our stamped concrete, have chips and many issues with the patios. The rock they used have bled rust onto the stairwell and rock wall they did. The stairs down to one of the patios is crooked!!!! When called on this, they told us it was not a big deal. No one is coming to fix any of these issues for us. When you spend over $50k on a project, it should be done right, and if not corrected.
  DO NOT use this company. Find a smaller company that will respect the customer and treat them right. We have tried going to them to get the work corrected and they will not.
