    My cat had nasal lymphoma and needed radiation, this place is only one around that had an opening as there are only 2 facilities near my area…. And we are 3 hours away. We were going back and forth for a month for him to get treatment. Dr. Debbie O****** is unbelievably so unprofessional, you can’t ask any questions about treatment and even how he was doing in the hospital, one phone conversation I had was a specific question about how he would be after treatment ( she got angry because I asked about long term sensitivity to his teeth where the tumor was) I’ve been in the dental field for 30 years. I never got an answer, she screamed at me for asking then I asked can I just ask how he did with treatment and she hung up on me! She would call my husband with updates during the week and EVERY single time she was nasty and hung up. The other tech CJ who works closely with her is just as nasty. I had 2 other animals with cancer unfortunately and they received treatment elsewhere and we were never treated so horribly! I’ve had animals my entire life and never seen anything like this and to be treated so poorly! My husband and I were sick to our stomachs every time we had to speak with her. After his radiation was completed we continued with an oncologist in ***** who we have used before and is wonderful. Something needs to be done with this hospital and Dr. Debbie O******. On our last day, a staff member asked how we were treated and she agreed and said I hear her yelling at pet owners and being sarcastic. She is a disgrace to the veterinary profession and especially being in oncology. Dr. Debbie O****** has bad reviews on line for this issue. His treatment ended in October and my husband and I are still traumatized! I had to ask questions to our ***** oncologist and he would answer the best he could because Debbie O****** would just yell at you or hang up.

    These people threatened to call animal control on me and told me that what I was doing to my dog is border line animal abuse because he lost weight, with out even trying to find another cause. I told them how much I feed him and they did’t believe me, they think I’m lying, I have another dog who is perfectly healthy and goes to this vet, she isn’t underweight never has been, so how are they going to sit in my face and try to accuse me of animal cruelty BEFORE even offering that it could be something else. I truly should be suing them for emotional damage. Never in my life have I ever experienced worse service. I will never recommend this vet to anyone I know, nor will I ever be taking any of my animals now or in the future here. They are horrible people and never really helped with anything either. When this dog was a puppy he always had diarrhea and they never found the issue, I did on my own, with research and trying out new foods, turned out he had a poultry sensitivity and they never would have told me. I can’t express how upset I am in words, I’m shaking and have been crying since I left with my dog. NEVER will I EVER return here. I think this vet truly needs to be shut down. This also isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them but it’s definitely my last straw.
