We fix under insulated attics with upgrades such as properly air sealing and insulating with blown in cellulose instead if fiberglass batting. For basements or crawl spaces, we seal the rim joist with 2 part - closed cell spray foam as well as treating the walls and floor with various products to properly seal and reduce air and moisture penetrations.
We also can create beautiful living spaces in your unused basement with our Total Basement Finishing Products. We use all non organic building materials to prevent damage from moisture and mold and can design the perfect space to suit your needs.
