    Zero stars they never answer phone calls they were supposed to deliver my furniture on 11/17/2023. They told me ******* put a hold on the order but when I contacted ******** they said they did not put a hold on it. I have been calling colt daily to see where my furniture is. I was told by ******** that I would have my furniture by 11/23/2023 and nothing. I also left voicemails numerous times.

    Unfortunately ******** has placed her order on hold due to damage. I cannot release the information to the customer If she has called she has not left any messages for our office to respond to.
