The amount of time I have spent on the phone calling them regarding recycling pick-up makes me wish I was getting paid for my time. I could almost retire. I get the "I'm sorry" response, but they are not sorry because nothing gets done. Just a bunch of lies telling me the pick up will be "tomorrow." Then "tomorrow" comes and it's another line of "I'm sorry.....tomorrow." The biggest problem is that the recycling goes through the town so I can't cancel the service. My tax dollars just keep going to pay for this unreliable, horrible service.Review from Aram G.

Horrible customer service, unexplained extra charges. They charged me 15$ restart fee , although there were no disconnection, or non payment issues. Called to resolve the issue, service rep. Had no idea what was going on yet, i have to make the payment regardlessReview from Jade M

The poor quality of this company can't even be given a one star. They are NEVER on time. They don't always pick up trash as scheduled. When you call to report they say it's not our fault, they won't reimburse for trash never picked up. My service went 3 weeks of "missed pick up" I LEFT IT ON THE CURB. They argued with me about pictures, which I reported I have pictures as well. My trash hasn't moved in almost a month. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional, kept arguing and that there's nothing they can do about it. They range from 1-2 hours off schedule. Never on time and they keep increasing the rates of trash service costs without improving quality of customer satisfaction or giving the slightest care to being a disservice to their customers. It really is too bad they've bought out all surrounding companies. Cannot wait till the webster company has enough drivers to pick up back here. They really DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.
