    We ordered brand new 30 inch icemaker from Restaurant supply. Upon receiving V started doing installation, which took two hours and we followed all the guidelines that needs to be done in order to install the brand new icemaker after installation we started it. It did not make any single ice Within 12 hours of period. Very second day we call restaurant supply and we been told that someone from technical department will give us a call back which we did not receive so we decided to call back. Finally we be able to speak with technical person. We address the issues and as soon as we did, the technician told us that the unit is faulty And he needs to send local repair person to check it out. The repair guy show after four days and took six hours to just diagnose it. After that many hours, the technician told us that he will give us a call back, very second day I got the message from him saying that he needs to order part to make it work. We cannot believe brand new Machine needs to Replace part to run it. We requested restaurant supply to replace faulty icemaker, and they refuse it saying that we only can repair it. Since week we do not have ice because we received faulty ice maker, and the supplier not taking responsibility to even replace it.

    We truly value your business and your patience, and while a replacement was not authorized under the warranty terms, we will continue to advocate on your behalf to bring this matter to resolution as quickly as possible.

    Ordered under counter refrigerator sent it damaged had refuse shipping said they ship another that day keep lie say they send it took almost month get another one it was damaged to they wouldn't make it good only blaming shipping company

    While we do rely on freight carriers to transport large equipment, we take full responsibility for ensuring our customers receive products in good condition.     I ordered 3 serving utensils in Sep. 2023, and the correct items were delivered in only 4 days (and that included a weekend). The shipping seemed a bit high at first; however, the cost of these items were so inexpensive that the 3 items with shipping, cost less than those same items on other websites with free shipping.

    Horrible company. Lengthy and super hassle filled return when they sent us a Refrigerator instead of the Freezer we ordered. Then pulled illegal Bait and Switch and told us that it was a pricing error and we would have to pay 10 times the listed price if we actually wanted the freezer. Tried to garner sympathy saying it was at cost, but I've seen it listed other sites for $1,000 less than they said. Rude and uncaring Joseph from customer service, only started being nice when I told them I was reporting them to FTC. I have reported them there and here, I hope everyone else does too. I wish I had read these reviews first, how do they have an A+ rating?

    I tried to contact Restaurant Supply to find out how to service the icemaker i bought from them which needed service just 14 months after purchase. I pressed option 4 for warranty/service and was repeatedly disconnected. I pressed option 1 - same thing. From the comments below I tried an extension and left a voicemail. No return call. I wish I had thought to try and call their customer service before ordering through them. It appears their "customer service" department does not actually exist! Be warned if you are considering buying through them.

    Dont waste your time with this company, order from webstarurant. I ordered cups listed in stock on their website, only received 2/3 of the order and was basically told sorry about your luck , theyll ship when instock. After that the salesperson Michael was rude an unresponsive when asking about an already paid for items ETA. IM glad i learned my lesson on a $40 item not the larger equipment i was looking at .
