    I purchased a few items from this store on ******* *****. They posted a picture of a mixer and the cover for the auction. When I went to pick up my items from the store on August 20, 2023 the owners stated it was only the mixer cover that was up for bid. I asked for a refund and they refused. This company used bait and switch and deceptive advertising. The owner even had the nerve to say if there was a picture of a pool with kids around it would I think that the children were also for sale. ******* ***** is a website where you bid on what is in the posted picture. The owners of Sam's discount world should be ashamed of themselves. I am looking for a refund of the $42.00 I bid and paid on the mixer and bag.

    I looked up the cost of a mixer cover and they start at $9.00. How can a brick and mortar store auction items online for more than it is priced for in their store. Especially when the website, ******* *****, shows accurate pictures of the products they auction off so that the consumer is clear on what they are bidding on. Sam's Discount Store used false advertising by using a picture with a mixer in it and did not specify that it was "only" the bag up for bid.
