I participated in a rebate promotion facilitated by Rebaid, in which I was promised reimbursement for pur*****s made on ******. I made these pur*****s based on Rebaid's listing and submitted the required proof.
On May 29, 2025, I requested a rebate payment of $472.73. Rebaid’s system marked the payment as “sent” on June 1, 2025, yet as of June 19, 2025, I have not received the payment. Their own terms state payments will be processed and received within one week.
I have contacted their support before and previously experienced similar delays, which were only resolved after persistent follow-up. This has now become a recurring pattern of late or missing rebate payments.
I believe this practice is misleading, especially for users relying on their stated timelines when participating in rebate offers. I am requesting immediate resolution and full payment.Business Response

This payment should have posted to your ***** account ending in **** last week. Rebates are processed in weekly batched, not instantly upon clicking the withdraw button. Once processed ACH payments will post to your checking account within 7-10 business days.

I am rejecting this response because this issue is not isolated — it has happened multiple times with Rebaid. I fully understand that rebates are processed in batches and that ACH transfers can take time. However, based on my direct experience, Rebaid routinely fails to send the payment unless I proactively reach out, even after several weeks have passed.
Each time I submit a withdrawal request, their system marks it as "sent" — but in reality, no funds are actually deposited (even after more than a month) until I contact support and raise the issue. This has now happened repeatedly.
Additionally, their platform makes it intentionally difficult to track the exact withdrawal request date, and the interface only shows that a payment was “sent” without providing any confirmation or traceable reference. This creates confusion and, in my opinion, is designed to discourage follow-up by making users believe the issue is with their bank or that the payment is in process.
Based on this recurring behavior, it appears that Rebaid does not send the rebate payments unless the customer follows up, effectively saving money by exploiting those who assume the payment is just delayed or forget to check.
I am not asking for an explanation of how ACH works. I am pointing out that their system falsely marks payments as sent while no deposit occurs — until prompted by user complaints.
This is not a delay. This is a pattern of misrepresentation and poor business practice that should be corrected.

Per your response it appears you have now received the payment you previously reported as missing. Rebaid also offers payment by mailed check which is typically received within 14-21 days after withdrawal which may be an option you choose on future withdrawals.

I did not receive the check they sent on Apr.27. It should arrive in 1-2 weeks but it's been a month and all my requests went unanswered. I demand resending the check or deposit money directly to my bank account on file.Business Response

On April 13, 2025, Rebaid allegedly issued my rebate as a direct deposit. After waiting a week and not receiving my refund, I submitted a ticket to support. I received an automated email saying they will respond within 5 business days. They never responded, so I submitted another ticket. Another 5 days have passed, and I still have not heard back. The lack of customer service and communication is very upsetting. I don't understand why they won't respond. Makes them seem very sketchy.Business Response

I used Rebaid****, a rebate portal that offers cash-back rebates after purchasing products through their referral links. During 2024, I purchased multiple items as instructed and qualified for a rebate of over $200.
I have contacted them multiple times over the last 3 months and have not received any response. Despite following all their instructions and providing the required documentation, they have not honored their rebate.
This appears to be deceptive marketing or rebate fraud, and I am requesting assistance in recovering the funds or holding the company accountable.

They also never reply to the tickets I submitted, which is the only way to send any request. The company website states that it issued a rebate check on Feb 23. 2024. Their website says if you do not have the check within 2 weeks so contact the company. I have filed a complaint with them 3 times, and no one responds. They said it can take 5 business days. My first complaint was on March 8th, again March 13th and March 16th. I’ve been trying to make contact for over 2 weeks. No one is responding to my help requests. I submitted my personal bank information expecting to receive my $419.24 available balance into my account within two days from march 10th (as that’s the date they claim to have sent it). It’s now been two weeks and crickets from them. No deposit, no response, this website is a complete scam. I really didn’t expect that with all the news coverage they’ve received. Very dishonest company that lacks any kind of credibility.
