      With a 365 day guarantee- they are by far the best in the business. After about 7-8 months, I found my mattress to be too "soft" and was having back pain. They immediately accepted a return and gave me a new "firmer" mattress. With a new 1 year guarantee. Other businesses should learn from their a+++ handling of clients, professional, kind and timely. Alec gets a shout out for best customer service person ever. Thanks Saatva. ***** **

      Our sales associate, Mandy, did a fantastic job. We evaluated different mattresses for over an hour. Then came back the next day with further questions. Then back the third time to order. Mandy knows the products, and did an excellent job!

      I recently left a 1 star review due to a bad experience with customer service while ordering and then when when we reached out to the company with our complaints regarding performance of the product. After speaking with an upper member of management ALL our complaints and concerns have been either addressed or resolved. I resend my previous bad review and wholw heartedly recommend purchase of a Saatva bed. Definitely 5 star service!!

      The employees were professional and knowledgeable. Gave us plenty of time to discuss privately what we wanted. No pressure sales. I would recommend their store. We receive our beds today so I can’t comment on them yet .
