            8/11/22. I took my truck into Superior to diagnose an issue with my sunroof. Their estimate to fix was more than double the cost I had it repaired at a local dealership. Superior claimed it took them 5 hours to diagnose however only charged me to 2.5 hours. They also claimed that in order to do the repairs there were (2) scans needed at $125 a piece - When I asked the dealership as well as 2 other repair shops about those scans, no one charges for these scans. When I got the truck back their was duct tape on my paint and glass and parts were broken. It was not like that when I brought the truck in, however they claim that it was. When I spoke to Tom to inquire about these issues he continuously interrupted me, spoke very fast and went in circles. I do not feel they are a trustworthy business and I am disputing the charges. They offered to refund me $125 for a scan that was never done - why was that charged in the first place if it was never done? This please is shady and consumers need to know.
