    "Mike the technician spent two hours total charge me for 2 1/2 he had to get a 2 inch PVC elbow 110 foot section of pipe and he only used a couple feet charge me $80 cleaning a gas furnace and putting on a small piece of PVC and an elbow $571 when I questioned it he was very condescending and hostile and hung up on me"
