Letter sent to Mr. R****** about issue. I am attaching the proposal which was submitted to us for the installation of our roof on January 13, 2020. I am also submitting to you a copy of our check #**** provided to you on January 14, 2020, in the amount of $8,900. The additional $1,900 represented roofing our two sheds and a skylight. We had asked you to include the sheds. You then came to us with a proposal to replace our skylight. You stated that roofing without the skylight was not advisable. Skylights usually leak. We went along with your suggestions to have the skylight replaced. (Note the original skylight was 30 years old with no issues) Unfortunately the skylight that you installed (or the roofing) is leaking. I have contacted you as follows: 1. 03-19-2022 I sent you a text to your cell ###-###-####. The text was as follows: In January of 2020 you installed new roof and sky light in our home. Hope all is well with you. I am going to be sending you a picture of our sky light. We are having issues. Would you be able to check it out? Here is a picture it seems to be leaking (received no reply) 2. 04-01-2022 I called your Business Number ###-###-####. I left a message that I had texted you regarding the skylight issue. I explained that you had put a new roof and skylight on our home in 2022 and it is leaking. I left my name, address and phone number. No answer. 3. 06-16-2022 I contacted your business number ###-###-#### and once again left a message. No reply On your paperwork and your business card you stated you have a CT Home Improvement License #502064 We would like the skylight and or roof fixed so that it does not leak. We had our kitchen redone in 2017 and the ceiling is now leaking. Fifty year warranty on Roof was Guaranteed - I filed Warranty
