    My brother ****** *********, lives in a nursing home because of serious health issues. He has doctor appointments regarding these health issues. M7 is the transport company who sends medical vans to pick up and send him back to facility. 4 times M7 has sent a van too late to get to MD appt or just never sends a van for his appt. Today, June 27 was the 4th time of missing an important cardiology appt which when I was in the van with my brother and explaining event to Jonathon (facility transport organizer) my problem the driver of the van was laughing about it as I talked. The doctor office said because my brother was a no show there will be a 50$ fee and now my brother can’t see the cardiologist until the end of September. He has severe heart disease. I have text messages from van driver lying as to when he arrived at facility and also lying with messages stating he did arrive at doctors office. We never even got to road if doctors office

    I am rejecting this response because:I went to doctors office. Office verified that ****** ********* dismiss an appt because of transportation failure to get him there on time. I rode in van on that date a know he missed appt because se of transportation

    I and my sick brother have been left to sit outside in the heat for an hour. Van driver who took him to appt left without phone number to call him for ride back to nsg home. Spoke with M7 company who told me there was no such person taken to appt and so there is no way back. I had to call his nsg home transport person who did have a phone number. There again no communication from company and the facts they have are wrong

    broker. We are only one of several providers they contract with, and we were
    not assigned the trip for the date of service provided in the complaint.

    Details
    I used this wheelchair transportation service fo several rides and placed monies into an account. The drivers for the most part were decent but many were not. They had to place a safety strap on the upper portion of my chest and at times did this too tightly, they were pushing wheelschair quickly going into van and out. I did not feel safe then the last two trips I was told van was smaller so I needed to remove apparatus from wheelchair suporrting my legs. I called and complained several times and was very unhappy with the way I was treated I still have some money on my account have tried to call to have ths returned to no avail
