    I've been a patient of Dr.Inclimas for the past three years, during my last appointment which was January 29, 2024 I asked that they use only *** which provides a free eye exam, lens and $155 discount on frames. I notice that I'm always charged multiple co-pays and additional out of pocket expense ranging from two to five hundred dollars inaddition to what *** and my primary insurance charge. The receptionist that was waiting on me didn't get a chance to respond because Dr. Inclimas wife (who I didn't know prior to this visit) stated that wouldn't be ethical for the doctor not to perform certain procedures that *** doesn't cover. example *** doesn't pay the photo they take, she said they also didn't use the products *** offer because they're substandard. My question was why do you service *** patients who expect the free exam and glasses that the plan offers. I told her when I first came to them I was informed that my primary insurance would only be used if I required surgery or something major. Mrs. Inclima told me multiple times during our discussion that know one from that office who tell me tell me that. I have worked in customer service for over 36 years and I would never tell a patient what someone else may have mistakenly informed them till the point of indirecty calling them a lier, so I asked her twice "are you saying I'm lying". She did not respond to this but continue on with a story about someone who went elsewhere and had problems with getting glass replaced after a incident. Mrs.Inclima then stated that the would use ***** Insurance and not *** for my exam because I wouldn't be get glasses, I told her I would be getting classes twice during the conversation and I wanted to use whatever was l'est expensive. I also asked to get a record of what I was being charged for. I ended up paying out of pocket over $500 which included a $50 payment for a invoice. So if you ask for what you're being charged for you have to pay to see.
