    I’ve gone back and forth with this company for a month to set up viewings for some apartments. I’ve told them numerous times I work and when I’m available. They message me back over a week later with times I can’t do. Then I give them my availability again then they come back again giving me times I can’t do. It’s been a vicious cycle. Alex needs to step up his game if he doesn’t want bad reviews. Company seems unprofessional and lacking getting back to people

    STAY AWAY from this slumlord. Alex is a rude, conniving and disgusting POS. After falling down his dilapidated front steps and having to call the Building Department to file a complaint were the stairs repaired. Once repaired we received a Notice to Quit for $349 rent due. He has made it impossible to pay the rent since August by blocking the portal. When trying to contact him, he has blocked our numbers, we know this because he answers when called from another number.
    Besides being shady, he refuses to make any repairs, even the life safety repairs needed. The home we are renting is filled with black mold, mice and bats. The guy is the definition of slumlord.

    Alex the landlord is a cheap POS. He is rude. He does not reply to texts or calls. He doesn’t plow, he doesn’t clean sidewalks, he doesn’t clean stairs. The hallways/laundry area have been dirty the entire time I have lived there. The garbage has never been dumped for years in the laundry room. Bugs everywhere. When it’s not snowing, there is dog **** everywhere. He does not care about the properties or the people who live in them. All he cares about it owning multiple properties and making money. The tenants on the first floor have sewage backing up into their bathtubs and he does not care and does not pay for cleaning. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will get screwed over many times.
