            I purchased a Bad Elf handheld GPS device from a bad elf authorized retail outlet, my pilot store in April 2021 and used the device for navigation till Nov 2021. The device couldn’t locate satellites at that time, I contacted customer service was assigned a ticket # ***** and helped by a John M******* to diagnose the problem, I sent screenshots and it was quickly determined the unit was defective and forwarded my proof of purchase, my bad unit would be replaced under the 1yr warranty. Since that contact I have heard nothing back from mr. Mc****** or their customer service, I’ve filed 3 more tickets in attempt to get the defective unit replaced and have never received anything more than an automated reply. They continue to sell units but have not stood behind their product and seem to ignore any attempt in contact. They’re phone number is only for sales and they have no way to contact customer service. This is a poor way to run a business and maybe their name says it all “BAD elf “
