IfYou agree with the Menu, Services, Terms & Conditions of this Contract, 50%deposit is required to book the Event. Without deposit Your Event’s dateremains Open. Final payment, Menu and Guests count are due 30 (Thirty) Daysbefore Event's Date, unless other arrangements were made. Full prepayment is required for Events booked afterthe 15-day mark and/or its value equal $1,000 or less. No Menu Changes allowedafter 15-day mark. This Contract subjectto Extra charges, if the number of Guests and/or quantity of foods, servicesordered will change (increase only) after an Event’s 15-day mark. DelCat willnot be responsible if the number of Guests will decrease after a 15-day mark. DelCat reserves a right to Menu changes at anytime. - Other Resources
