12/08/2015 - BBB started investigating Ballestrini's Day Care after noticing a potential pattern of complaints regarding the refund policies over the past two years. Several customers had provided timely notification to this business that they would be withdrawing their children from its programs. The customers stated that the terms provided for a refund of the money paid in advance, but were told by Ballestrini's that the money paid was non-refundable.
3/16/2016 - BBB has made numerous requests for copies of all literature provided to potential customers, which this business agreed to provide. To date, BBB has received none of the agreed-upon literature for review.
