      I paid this company $400 for repairs to my property to prevent issues with Field Mice. They have not performed the work or made any attempt to contact me. I have requested a refund on 2 occasions and received no response from them. I was in the process of filing paperwork to file a Small Claims Court to retrieve my money only to be told there is no current address on file for this company

      I paid in full for a service not rendered. I have reached out to this duo but have been ignored multiple times, told a story but no calll & no show.

      Paid $699.00 for an extended anti bug and animal protection on our house on April 1, 2024. My wife and I figured we had made a mistake so I called the "Owner's wife" to cancel the contract. The check was cashed within a hour of me giving it to the Owner. She offered us various other options but we said no and wanted our money back. She stated she would mail the check in a couple day.
      Here it is May 7, 2024 we do not have a check nor will the company accept our calls, text messages and or emails.
      This is a lesson to us not to prepay for any service and deal with above board companies.
      The actual protection we received from bugs, etc. was good. This company actual did Mouse Control at my Mother-in laws house.
      I should have read prior comments about Accupest prior to us hiring them four years ago.

      Contacted this business for pest control services. Spoke to Sarah, and was told it would be a 30 day treatment process, and they would be back every 10 days to treat. The first visit was great and on time and they got full payment of $400 in cash. Come time for the second treatment, I was told they would be here between 12-2, I called 17 times and texted 6 times before I got a response, and then Ron showed up at 2:30, neither of them apologized for being late. I sent a message after if it was going to be an issue for the next treatment. No response.
