In October of 2019, Better Business Bureau serving CT (BBB) opened an investigation to review the business practices of Global International, Inc., also known as National Credit Masters. Specifically, BBB was interested in determining the location of the company and reached out to the business for further clarification. As of January 13, 2020 National Credit Masters has confirmed the business operates in multiple states, such as New Jersey, Texas, and Connecticut when they spoke with the Better Business Bureau serving New Jersey operations employees. However, National Credit Masters declined to note a headquarter location for the business, and no response was received by Better Business Bureau serving Connecticut in regards to the clarification of primary location.


BBB recommends that consumers first check BBB.org and research individuals or companies before exchanging money or providing personal information. It is advised that consumers review any conditions on returns for items, as well as identify legitimate  and responsive contact information in the event an issue arises with the purchased product or service.
