    used their services to register a vehicle, after a month still no answer after i was promised to have them delivered June 20th at my address on file.,.
    still as of today. July 3rd 2025... no answer...

    after going online, and reading the many negative recent reviews from people with similar problems and no answer,. i am deciding to report the problem....
    they have scammed so so many people just like me and they have all my documents.....

    We are currently waiting for the customer to return the completed form that was mailed to the home address provided at the time of service. Once we receive the form, we will proceed with processing a refund for the amount collected by our front desk representative.

    On 5/27/2025 I went to M&R Consulting Services to get a new registration and transfer of plates of a vehicle that i had just purchased. I was told it would take about 72 hours to get the service done. I gave the Title of the car and other documents needed for the process to go thru. I had also paid $624 for taxes on the purchase price of the car. Its been over two weeks and with multiple phones calls with the lady at the front desk saying they are waiting on a lady to come from the DMV with the paper work I was needing. Along the way I've been getting the turn around thru emails with broken promises that they have the paper work but nothing has been received. The place of business has been closed all week with no one picking up the phone calls. The only communication I have is through email at this point and again she says they will be here at a certain time and nothing. I feel like I’ve been scammed and been given the run around with them having my personal information. All I want is my Title of the car/paper work with my information and the money back.
