      1:27pm EST 7/3/24 - Rick R - Supposedly supervisor - refused to provide full name or employee number.

      1:49pm EST 7/3/24 - Rick R - Explained again I want the package cancelled, refused, hungup on him

      1:50pm EST 7/3/24 - Hector M - refusing to provide employee number.


      All operators refused to appropriately help, refused escalation, stated "no manager was available" or that "managers do not take phone calls" also stated that "managers cannot be scheduled for callback" refused to cancel an order that was not delivered on time.

      Item was sent express overnight and should have arrived by 10:30am according to ***** website. Truck came and went, delivered to neighbor's house, but not mine. Was repeatedly told by autozone personnel that they cannot cancel an order that has not been delivered. This is a lie. *** regulations require Autozone to cancel and refund every order that was not delivered as promised, upon customer request.

      The entire customer service experience was poor. I will never purchase another item from Autozone. I would like all accounts in my name closed and all PII deleted from your systems pursuant to GDPR.

      Items cancelled and returned to shipper and refunded.
