    I wanted to take the time to make you aware of my stay at your Days Inn in ******* *** My mother booked this stay at this hotel through bookings.com for my sisters wedding that was taking place in ******* on May 30th. We wanted to stay somewhere relatively close to the venue so we would not have to make the 45 minute drive back to her home in *** ****** after the wedding reception. We have stayed in several Days Inn across the U.S and was familiar with the comfort Days Inn had to offer in the past. I traveled from the ******** ******* area with my 3 adult children (one of which is 7 months pregnant) my future son-in-law and my husband to attend my sisters wedding. Upon check in at this hotel at approximately 2:30pm, we were given keys to room 104 and 130. Although what was originally booked was 2 rooms both equipped with 2 queen beds each, my mother was given an “upgrade” in room 104 with a king bed and a pull out sofa. My husband and I were to share room 104 with my mother, while the other 4 stayed upstairs in room 130. Upon entering the room, I wanted to get the pull out sofa ready. To my surprise it did NOT have bedding on it- no sheets, no blanket, no pillows. After further investigation of the room; checking drawers in the dresser they were no where to be found. My mom walked back over to the office and requested said items to make up the pull out sofa. The man working at the front desk (who did not speak very good English) told her the sheets were unavailable at this time. 3 hours later my oldest son went back down to the office requesting sheets again for this sofa. He was told the items were being washed and he would call our room when they were finished. At 11pm we still have not heard anything from the office about sheets so the 3 of us just went to sleep in the king size bed. At 12:30AM we were woken by someone pounded on our door. Upon opening the door, no one was there! 20 minutes later we were woken again by the couple in the room next to ours fighting and arguing. The gentleman screamed “get the fuck out of my room” and slammed the door. Needless to say the restful night sleep we were supposed to get to attend this wedding the next day did not happen. In the morning when my children came down to our room so we could get our complimentary continental breakfast, there was NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST as advertised on booking.com, my son told us his room phone rang at 1:30am to inform him our sheets for the pull out sofa were ready. Why at this hour?!?!? Going outside to our car to go across the street to Dunkin Donuts I saw the housekeeper in the hallway and asked for toilet paper and I was questioned why I needed another toilet paper. When we finally got outside to our car we found the front license plate was bent and 1 of the 2 screws were pulled out. We immediately reported this to the office and was told the cameras did NOT face the parking lot. Unbelievable!!!!! Trying to make the most of a bad situation we went about our day in preparation of the wedding that afternoon. Aside from slamming doors and stomping in the room above us that night in the hotel was uneventful. The next morning we were to check out and was rushed by housekeeping to get out of the room. As a former housekeeper in a 5 star hotel/casino, I completely understand she has a job to do and certain time frame to it in. But to stand outside the door and yell out “check out, check out” was extremely uncalled for. Especially after having to wait 24 hours for bedding. When we checked out at the front desk, I shared my videos and pictures with the gentleman at the front desk, who was apologetic but didn’t seem to care one way or another. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience in my 44 years of living. And I can tell you I have traveled all over the world. I would also like to add that advertising a pool at this establishment is a little deceiving when it’s GREEN and not even able to be utilized.
