We moved to ******* in 10-20 & used Daley Moving & Storage to move from ** & put our furniture & belongings in their storage facility. We asked Daley if they shipped to *******, & were told frequently. Six months later we bought a permanent home in ******* & contacted Daley to have our belongings shipped. They initially told us that they don't deliver much to ******* anymore because "no one is moving to *******". After repeated calls, they agreed to ship our belongings down in several weeks. They said payment had to be made prior to the move, we paid them in full. When the truck finally arrived in 6-14-21, approx. 1/3 of our furniture & belongings were missing. I called Daley & was essentially told that I was a liar. I continued to call & finally reached someone who agreed to look in the warehouse. Lo and behold, they found that in 10-21 some our items were placed into an unmarked vault. After several phone calls, Daley agreed to bring them down. The truck arrived with some, & not all, of our things on 7-19-21. We are still missing pictures, kitchen supplies, and family heirlooms that are irreplaceable. I have called & written Daley over the course of the last year to request that our belongings be returned to us. I wrote to Gina, the president of the company, on 8-27-21, at her home address, to request that our things be returned. She replied on 9-20-21 stating that she would get back to us within a few days. She did not. I emailed her on 10-11 and 11-1 but & not receive a response. I emailed on 11-3-21 with a suggested review and received a response informing me I would “absolutely” hear from Gina or a Krystle by 11-5-21. On 11-5 Krystal told us our missing items were delivered by mistake to someone else. Krystal said they would pick them up around Thanksgiving 2021 & arrange to deliver to us. Repeated calls, emails & letters go unanswered & we have not received our possessions. We asked for the location where they are so we get them. No response.
