            Nick B******* never finished installing our fence (there is roughly 10 feet of space on the side of our shed that he never closed off). There are some missing parts on the fence (two caps). The posts were not dug deep enough for the entire fence line, causing gaps between the bottom of the fence and ground. There is also an issue with the gates that were installed - there is not enough space for them which causes a lot of difficulty in opening and closing both gates. The whole point of this fence was because we were getting a puppy and the 65lb large dog has been able to get out from the fence due to improper installation. I have reached out to Nick numerous times via text message, phone call, and a mutual friend. He has ignored all attempts to communicate.

            Pride installed 50 feet of 6’ white vinyl privacy fence on3/16/21 Within a few weeks I noticed the fence was bending in several spots and one of the posts was crooked making the whole fence look wobbly and crooked.I contacted Nick and told him about it and he said he would take care of it no problem,Several months past and I contacted him again and he again assured me he would take care of ,it and again never showed up. I contacted him one final time and never heard back, So as we speak I have another fence company completely taking down the fence and redoing it ,and they told me he never cemented any of the posts. I gave Nick $1500 in good faith and I got nothing but the material in return because the fence had to be taken down and put back up. He really should be ashamed to use pride in his company’s name.
