This place was amateur hour. The sales manager named John albano was a total moron. They are so dishonest The guy didn't even sit in my car and then he values it $7,000 less than carvana didn't say a word to me had another sales guy come out and give me the news cuz he was too much of a coward to tell me how badly he was disrespecting me and wasting my time. Don't ever do business with this company they are absolutely the most dishonest disrespectful lazy group of people I've ever dealt with on a professional level. They will give you a price solo for your car and turn around and sell it for twice as much these people have no morals or ethics they're just out to rip you off they're not accredited by the BBB they've got complaints up the wazoo. The sales manager is a narcissistic ***** who punches a few numbers into his algorithm and comes up with a rip off number

My car has been in the shop since 6/17/2024. The car was diagnosed as salvaged / flood damaged by the Foreman Samson. I contacted warranty to see if they would cover the engine which was blown and they went to the dealership to inspect the car to see the damage and agreed upon their findings to replace the engine. Once the engine was replaced there was issues with the computer which ended up needing to be replaced as well so warranty had to come out again to go over the damage and agreed to fix that as well. Once the computer was put in Samson claimed that the car would not stay running for no more than 30-40 minutes at a time and then it would shut off. He stated that after a few days of trying to diagnose the issue that he was going to ship the car out that coming Monday. I patiently waited until Wednesday to receive an update and from that point on both Samson and the assigned service advisor Jamie blatantly ignored my advances in reference to getting in touch with them. They both did not return my calls or respond to my text messages. Jamie promised me that my car would be ready for pick up on 9/13 but denied she stated that. I also have tried to get in touch with the service Manager Tom and that has been a joke, either he’s out for lunch or I’m sent to his voicemail for the past three months and to avail he hasn’t bothered to return my calls.
My overall issues are the lack of communication, work ethic, and empathy. In my opinion the car is a total loss if it can’t be fixed and I would whole heartedly appreciate for everyone to act like an adult and be honest because either way no one is benefiting from my car just sitting and collecting dust. Warranty will not grant the invoice if the car isn’t fixed so in other words there will be no payment received and I’m without transportation. I am still responsible to pay for my car regardless of what state it’s in unless I can prove to insurance that it’s a total loss.

I purchased a vehicle approx. 1 year ago. I've had so many issues with the car. I wrote a review and the owner of the business responded to the review and told me to contact the service manager. I called the service manager and he never returned my call. I called a second time and again no call back. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes-benz CLS550. I had an O2 Sensor go at month 4, (over $1,000) At month 6, I had a seventh cylinder misfire, there was a hole in my radiator, and my brake lines were rusted. Repairs totaled more than $8,000. Now my axels are leaking and need replacement and my air struts are not holding air and also need replacement. Repair estimates total $5,000. The owner acts like he wants to assist however he just comments to make it look as if he cares. No one has gotten back to me. It is very disappointing to find out that this dealership does not recondition their vehicles like they say they do. I hope that the BBB looks into this dealership and their unethical workings.

*** ******* I am sorry that you have not received a return call. Can you forward me these estimates as I see no service history on your vehicle since your purchase. I do see however that your purchased an extended warranty. If I can be of any help my name is Ralph and my email is [email protected]

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. It’s now been 2 weeks since I purchased my 2011 Jeep wrangler from the ******* location. A few days ago, the transmission froze and the vehicle has been undriveable since. After consulting with a local mechanic I discovered the vehicle needs almost $10,000 worth of work at the minimum. The back axle has a leak that was obviously there before the sale. It’s so rusted that my mechanic is scared that if he touches it, it’ll turn to dust so I can’t even get it repaired. As you can imagine, I’m rather upset and reasonably so. A resolution has not been made yet but I’ll continue to update as the situation progresses. Then they call me saying a Transmission replacement and axle replacement is only $4000. It seems that this dealership has an issue dealing out lemons and especially with Jeeps. Take every good review from this company with a grain of salt since they offer you a measly $10 gas card for a 5 star review.

I wish I seen the bad Yelp reviews before I did business with these people, I believe it all. Bought the Jeep 8/31 and here it is 9/12/23 and I still don't have it yet, the sales people always tell you what you want to hear, taking forever to do body work. They listed the Jeep for sale that needed a ton of work. If you buy from this place please make sure the car is checked out and "ready to go"

purchased a 2018 jeep from wiz ****** within two weeks the infotainment system malfunctions. i brought into the wiz service. they informed me it was on back order haven't received a call for 30 days. i had to call and follow up. proceeded to be told it was on back order every time i called weekly was told the same thing. ****** check engine light appears on dash. brought to service and was told it was just a sensor. they took a week for me to call and see if the part has come in. rented a car for the day ****** was called same day that the vehicle is ready drove less than a mile for the check engine light to appear on dash and engine to shake. brought vehicle back to service. still in a rental being unpaid by the dealer or the warranty because wiz can't figure out what's wrong with the car. i received a text from wiz service ****** that they have to perform a 5.5 hr engine break down diagnosing on the car and will possibly come out of pocket if the component causing the issue is not covered under warranty. received a call today ****** stating that the car needed the sensor programmed, the car is repaired and ready for pick up. once again drove car less than a mile for the engine light to appear and shake. returned vehicle and asked for a service report. found out that the infotainment was not on back order they didn't inquire about it with the warranty company until five months later with the sensor claim. nor is there any information on the report about an engine break down. expressed the financial burden of having to pay for the rental $2000+ (still renting). was told that a mistake was made as there was a confusion with another jeep but there is nothing, they can do for me because they do not provide loaner vehicles, nor do they reimburse and will try to make my car a priority.

Buy a car anywhere but here . I bought a 2005 Boxster S ., less then 60000 miles . Car was presented as a two owner car. I bought it in December of 2022. Car did not last even three and a half months . After taking car to a ******* specialist it was discovered that the car engine has some sort of internal issue. The only way to fix it is very expensive . Not going to do that , It was also noted that the car had gone to several dealerships before ending up on the lot at Wiz. The point I am trying to make is that the car probably had known issues and was passed from dealer to dealer . Someone had to know the car had issues . Was it Wiz? Not sure but I would not trust them …. I even had the IMS BEARING replaced and the engine noise was still there . Very disappointed. I was offered the extended warranty which I declined . I have not contacted Wiz , but I intend to do so …..I doubt there is anything they will do, as the car was sold as is no warranty…… I guess it’s on me , however if you search for issues with Wiz you will find many !!!!!
