When i spoke to them 3/15/22 i told them it was my tractor the mechanics were working on. It shouldnt take 5 days to clean the dpf. If its not done by 3pm today i would need to take it somewhere else. That was around 10am. I told them ***** was charging $350 to clean it and it would be done overnight, basically 1 day. They charged more than double and took more than quadruple the time. They decided they know longer wanted to speak with me, because my mechanics are who brought my equipment there. Then they called a half hour later apologized and told me it was done. I am very upset that after they "cleaned" my dpf on my *****, just 5 days later I'm back in the shop with the same issues to find that I need my dpf cleaned!?! Im now in a hotel in ******* (where my job is located) losing more money and time! I will be seeking guidance on this matter. Very bad business practices. They were rude. They were literally yelling at me. Disrespectful to say the very least! I got hung up on twice. When all I wanted to do was get my equipment back in my truck and get back on the road, they had my equipment for almost a week. I lost thousands waiting for them. Their solution was to not do the job yet charge $600.
