    We hired Avery Limousine to bring my family from ******** ** to the *** **** ******* for our cruise in March, I was quoted with tax, tip $219.03 for each way. I called Averythe night before on 3/12 to confirm and pay for our pick-up, and I was emailed a receipt for $219.03. On the return trip in *** our driver met up and picked us up a the pier on 3/20. On 3/24 i was emailed another receipt for $219.03 for the return trip, so i thought i was all set. When we got our ***** **** credit card bill we noticed that Avery sent through a charge for $439.94, we were a bit surprised by this. I sent an email to Avery, they apologize for this inconvenience and said they would look into this and get back to me. I heard nothing further, i sent a follow up a week later and got no response. At this time i filed a complaint with *****, on 3/24 i received a letter from ***** saying the Avery provided a receipt show $439.94, there was no mention on my name on that receipt but ***** closed the dispute. I called ***** and they told me to reopen my dispute and this time to provide copies of all documentation. So i reopened the case and supplied my receipts. I received a letter on 6/21 saying the case has been closed. So once again i called *****, after a lenghthy conversation, they told me that my reopening of the case did not happen until 6/3 and that 6/1 was the deadline. Go figure, no mention of a deadline ever was stated, nor was documentation asked for with the original disputed. I explained my case and the supervise fnally realized that i was correct but could only offer me a courtesy credit of $100 for my issues. I explained that the receipt that Avery provided has not mention that i could see of my name and that it has to be a bogus receipt. Avery provided me an email copy for what they were suppoosed to charge me $219.03 but what they charged me was $439.94, very deceptive. I have reached to Avery this past Saturday 6/25 but have not heard anything... v
