    * They claim, "Our team of friendly professionals will remove your junk and donate it to local nonprofits and charities. If we can't donate or repurpose an item, we'll make every effort to ensure it's carefully broken down and recycled." THEY DID NONE OF THIS!
THEY TOOK EVERYTHING TO THE DUMP.
I didn't realize what was happening until I heard the glass of a breakfront shattering. Then I saw the splintered wood left behind in a bedroom when they broke apart a handmade teak bed to make it easier to get down the stairs. Lamps - broken. Books - tossed. Bags of clothes - ripped open when thrown in. Unbelievable. HORRIFIC. And they left behind a lot of detritus that they had caused, including broken glass and wood.
When I saw what was happening on the truck, I stopped the workers. They told me that what they were doing is standard practice. "Pretty much everything ends up at the dump because no one wants it." I insisted that they pull off the truck whatever wasn't yet damaged, and then I canceled the next Junkluggers truck that was scheduled. Since I don't drive and I was heading back home to the **** ***** *he next day, I had to hire someone off NextDoor to haul recyclables to the curb, schedule a pick-up by the ****** ******** bring other things to ********* and post items on Freecycle.
I am literally sick every time I think of this experience, knowing my parents would be heartbroken by what happened since all we did was add to the landfill what could have gone to people who needed it.
DO NOT HIRE JUNKLUGGERS if you have items to be donated or recycled. Want them to take your trash to the dump? Yes. Want them to take your items to be donated or recycled? Not gonna happen.

Bad customer service. Too many callls. Drivers wont come to the door did take everything and I even asked if they got everything and said yes. Not that hard to take a pile of junk but leave random items I just paid 400 to remove and still have to get rid of stuff. Just poor all around
