            We purchased a bed from this company back in January 2022 & we still don’t have a complete bed to use. The first bed that was delivered was damaged so the bed was picked up & we were promised a new one. The new bed arrived in May of 2023 & was the wrong color as well as missing the side rails that complete the bed. We’ve been trying to be patient with the company awaiting the parts but they have not delivered as promised & no longer return our calls. We’ve tried texting & calling but the mailbox is full & their other phone number is now disconnected.

            Horrible experience. I paid over $5500 for a dining table that has so many blemishes. The table arrived with a large brown spot on the top of the white table that shows through the glass. The paint was not properly cured and the packaging left imprints in all over the white paint. The table sags over an inch in the middle and terrified it will split in half one day. I notified Gloria, the owner, the day I received the table and sent photos with texts. She was initially very cooperative and promised to replace the table. She has kept me on the line for over a year now and never follows through. On the last message she accused me of painting the table. She finally stopped responding at all. I'm working with Amex to dispute over $5k and will hire an attorney. I'm not rolling over and letting this small business owner give others a bad name. I purchased the table Aug 2022. Received April 2023 (4 months past advertised ship date). It's been over 1 year since she promised to replace it with no resolution.
