On July 27, 2021, I order some bedroom furniture from City Furniture located at ** ***** ****** and the sales person was name Tom. I didnt have the cash at the time so he suggested that I applied with a creditor called ****. I gave the reception Danielle all of my information and once I filled out the application for **** I was approve for $3900. I was told by Tom that it would take up to 3 to 4 weeks for the furniture to arrive at the warehouse. I in turn got a insurance form from my apartment building in order for me to utilize the freight elevator. I called Danielle and asked her if Tom got in touch with my Leasing office and she informed me that Tom misplaced the form. On 8-19 I went back to the store with another form because I had received a called from Sammy that the furniture was in. Needless to say I am still waiting and havent received my order and I called on the 24th requesting to cancel, after numerous calls finally got the order cancel, NEVER USE CITY FURNITURE! The guy Tom is a con artist and the reception Danielle is dumb as a door knob, SO BUYERS BEWARE!
