BEWARE!! Full of lies, false promises, and lack transparency. Receipts aren't itemized. The salesmen from City Furniture will tell you everything you want to hear. If you want warranty on your furniture, you got it, free delivery, that too.. Lies! They'll also lie about the delivery time. Get ready to hear "it will take 2 weeks." It never takes two weeks! The wait will be, at the very least, 2 months for a few items to be delivered. We purchased a dining room set, 2 bedroom sets, and a living room set from this business on Labor Day, 2020. Few items gradually trickled in every 3 to 4 months. It took 2 years for our order to be almost completed. Meanwhile, we had to constantly be calling them, reminding them to keep an eye on our furniture and check if items were available from the manufacturer. They'll also lie about the ownership of the business. They had the audacity to tell us that since they changed owners (lies), they had no way to refund/credit us for furniture the previous salesman (Tom; got relocated) didn't order. A dining room set was still missing. Their excuse was that b/c they were "under new ownership," they had no way to get the money back from Tom. In the end, they had to reach Tom and work out some credit that could be applied to a more expensive dining set. We received a credit but had to pay extra for a set that " was in stock and could be delivered within two months." Lies, once more. They still owe us one more item. Two months later, we called about this item. They replied "they will get delivered within two weeks." Plus, their terms written on the back of their receipts state that they're allowed to take up to 180 days to deliver your item(s). It has been 8 months ever since. This is way past the 180 days! Now, they won't answer our calls & because of this we initiated a dispute w/ ********* ****. ********* **** is the credit card they'll offer customers to finance a portion or their entire purchase with them. They were no help.
