Me and my wife when to get an estimate from this dental office about orthodontics plan, I was advised the cost is $5700 and $200 to remove old braces. They said I can apply to ***** ***** credit so they can cover the plan, I applied and I was approved, we went to the first visit to remove the braces which they charged $200 separatelly and took xray to check for dental issues before starting the ortho process. They said that there were cavities that needs to be completed before we can start orthodontics process. I told the treatment coordinator Paula W***** that I want to change the payment method since we have not start the process to pay with other credit card and do payment plans she said that's fine but she wanted me to give her credit card payment of $1500 before she can release the money they took without my consent from ***** ***** card (100% of the whole plan) so she can return the money but I got upset because they took 100% from ***** ***** without starting the Orthodontics process, I called ***** ***** and they said this company was supposed to charged ***** ***** after each visit a portion of what we needed to pay not everything before we even start the orthodontics process. They billed 100% without starting the process and dont want to give the money back to the card! they dont even wait until the insurance tells them what is covered or not.
