    Omega Engineering's internal processes are bordering on fraud. They have set up their business such that it is impossible to return an item for a refund, even if that item is defective. They use 3rd party sales to make it impossible to return their product. Instead of returning their product, they force you to wait months to get a repair completed. Based on project timelines I was forced to buy a second unit from them, and they never documented this in their system. It took me weeks of my time to finally get a refund for 1 of the 2 items that I purchased and in order to do so, I had to send back the only functioning unit before the damaged unit was replaced. Now I'm stuck without a critical part for my system and they are unwilling to refund me for the unit sitting in their depot waiting on repair. I will never use Omega Engineering for anything ever again.
