      Service goes out every few months, wait times to get problems resolved are days out as far as getting a tech out to fix issues. They refuse to credit you money for days your service is out.

      Either there is a service outage or the service is going in and out. They are now charging service calls to the customer if they equipment messes up. Not to mention the price for the services are ridiculous.

      I have been a spectrum customer for 10 years and just came to realize they are thieves! My Galaxy Z flip 6 went into SOS mode and would not make calls or send texts even with wifi. In turn I had to ask for a replacement device under my year warranty. The device was due back on July 22nd and arrived at their facility on July 21st. Since they had not graded the device yet they charged my card 1,302 on July 24th with zero warnings. I had just gotten my paycheck and they nearly took it all! I called them to say tracking states the phone was with them and for a refund. They gave me the run around for a week saying I had already received the refund because a credit was showing for 639 but that was for paying off the total balance of my phone and getting my credit back from my s22 trade in when signing up with them a year ago. I finally got called back today after having to open 3 tickets to get this resolved. They are telling me my phone has been graded as a C and will only refund 651. The phone was in great condition and had all original packaging. IF there was any scratches on the front (the inside had a screen protector)of the phone they were so minor you'd need a microscope. I asked them for proof of the so called "damage" to the exterior of the phone which they said they could not provide. I am having a really hard time understanding how this is okay? I have now paid off the phone in full and then paid half on it again. I also pay monthly for spectrum insurance what is the purpose of having it when it does you absolutely no good? That phone is a year old as well and is only worth about $700 but yet they want to take out 1300 which is more than it was when it 1st came out. I am not okay with this. Extremely disappointed and feeling like I've been robbed.

      Spectrums internet has been going down 3 days in a row the last lasted 2 hours and they will not credit there customers for there lost time do to a power outage that did not affect me my power stayed on the how time I don't know what there deal is but they need to be looked in to they crooked

      I transferred service to my ex a year ago and I am still constantly getting calls and text messages from spectrum. I’ve been told by their agents that my number has been for sure been removed from the account 3 times. Their customer service agents in OHIO have terrible communication between each other, and speak to you with disrespect.

      We tried to cancel services and they refused and insisted we were making a mistake. After 47 minutes they apparently agreed. We then received harassing and abusive calls from spectrum telling us they cancelled the cancellation “in our best interests”. Literally the most insane experience with a corporation in my life.

      I have been a Spectrum customer for over 7 years. I finally had enough of my cable boxes going out after a few months, so I decided to cancel my cable service. When I called them, they give me to retention, as they want to keep the business, and this retention person tells me that they have better options to go away from the box and save $30 a month. He tells me that they have had this service for about two years, and I essentially summed up the conversation by saying that Spectrum knew that I had problems with boxes, so instead of telling me that there was a better option that would have also saved me $30 a month, they sat on the information and took my $30, for over two years.
      Spectrum is guilty of stealing my money.

      **Spectrum Internet Review**
      I am extremely frustrated with Spectrum Internet and feel compelled to share my experience. The service has been nothing short of a nightmare. The connection constantly goes in and out, making it nearly impossible to rely on for work or entertainment. It's infuriating to deal with such an unstable service in this day and age.
      To add insult to injury, their billing policy is equally appalling. When I sold my house and requested a disconnection, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the entire month—even though I was only a customer for a single day into the new billing cycle. There’s no prorating, which feels incredibly unfair and exploitative.
      Overall, my experience with Spectrum has been overwhelmingly negative. I despise their service and their policies. I would strongly advise anyone considering their internet service to think twice. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable and customer-friendly provider.

      Cable is out. No problem they said, we’ll be out in three days. I’ve had cable in three countries for over four decades and I’ve never heard that. Dish, cable, telephone lines, nothing else had ever been as terrible as Spectrum.
