    n 10/01/2021 I took out a rental as I normally do when I’m having car issues. The lady was nice and made me feel comfortable. On the 8th I informed her that I’ll be extending my rental till Monday I asked for some time to get to the bank since I was at work she said ok but continued to call repeatedly which was a little weird since I’ve never experienced such aggressive behavior in extending my rental. On Monday I still needed to extend yet again due to Monday being a holiday I was expecting Jessica to call since she called non stop on the Friday to extend The next day which was Tuesday Jessica calls with such aggression in her voice towards me telling me I was supposed to bring the car back and I didn’t then she says we’ll if your not gonna bring the car back then you need to extend I informed her I would extend. She asked me until when I told her Friday. Being that I was unhappy with the tone in which the conversation had taken I called back to speak to her supervisor with a nasty demeanor she’s states she is the supervisor and if I didn’t like the way in which she was speaking to me I should return the vehicle I agreed I called the customer service manager which is the escalation manager and informed her what was taken placed and expressed that I didn’t feel safe renting from that location since Jessica was yelling and being extremely rude. I was crying to the manager because I’ve been a plus customer with no incident ever with this company and I was shocked at the level of disrespect I had received and knew nothing would happen to this lady and that she was free to disrespect whoever she pleases. The manager stated she would send a email to Jessica waiving the $250 fee to drop the car at a different location. And confirmed my new rental at a different location the next day. Jessica was obviously unhappy she called my phone and stated that sher received a email and she herself was going to waive the fee I found it odd and didn’t respond to her since the escalation manager assured me I wouldn’t have to deal with this lady and that she was going to start and investigation into the matter. Jessica placed me on the dnr list that morning after I filed a complaint she caused great inconvenience and I’m upset Like I stated before I’ve beeen a customer to way to long to be treated as a thief or with disrespect due to my color of my skin. At this point I’ve spent over $1360 on the rental and was going to spend more. I do thank you for reaching out to me but again I’m sad over this level of customer service
