This company makes is very difficult to get a refund after they charge you and fail to deliver the order. ReadyRefresh (the company that Primo took over) was far better run and easier to communicate with. Primo makes is very difficult to contact them. You have to keep asking for a human before the chatbot coughs up a chat box with customer service. Getting your money back is frustrating. I hope they improve their business because as it stands, it is far from Primo.

Our office at 2 locations cancelled services with primo (blue triton brands). We are looking for replacement services for the remaining 4 offices we manage.
Our experiences with customer support and general deliveries have been abysmal at best.
At one of our offices, we requested a pickup for water we actually didn't need, and even skipped the delivery for. Initially they told me that they could pause my deliveries for that location. I obliged, but still requested a refund and bottle pickup since we skipped that delivery and were not expecting to pay for it.
I was then told that I never actually sent in a support ticket asking them to pick up the bottles. I responded with a screenshot of the support ticket with the order number, and amount paid, in which I did ask for them to pick up the bottles and for a full refund.
This led to them informing me that no, they in fact could not pick up full bottles, and only offered me $20 credit on my next delivery.
This ENTIRE interaction, with my prompt responses within 14 hours at MOST took a grand total of 30 entire days to resolve, which they basically politely told me to get screwed.
Another instance of negligence took place at the other office mentioned.
Our deliveries kept getting pushed back day after day, and I called several times to establish a delivery date but all they could give me was "the driver isn't in your route today sorry"
2 whole months, every day the website telling me "Delivery today!", and it getting pushed to the next day.
I cancelled services and within 48 hours they sent a driver to pick up our empties. Classy
The Blue Triton mergers and acquisitions have ruined the companies they hold. So many companies have plummeted in quality or have even gone defunct due to these acquisitions. Blue Triton is destroying credibility for so many companies around the country

My experience with ReadyRefresh was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, their customer service has been appalling. The main phone number rarely works, and when it does, you're stuck waiting endlessly just to speak to a representative. It's an absurd and frustrating waste of time.
The app is another major pain point — full of bugs and consistently malfunctioning. It’s unreliable, glitchy, and clearly not maintained with care. For a delivery-based service, you’d think a functional app would be the bare minimum.
Now let’s talk cost. Each delivery comes with a $13 fee — not including the tip for the delivery driver — making every drop of water you receive outrageously overpriced. Honestly, if you're trying to get value for your money, this isn’t the service for you. But hey, to each their own.
The real kicker, though, was when I canceled my service. I spoke directly with a representative, confirmed every aspect of the cancellation, and was assured I’d be refunded my $20 bottle deposit, and that no extra charges would apply. The bottles, by the way, were returned in perfect condition after just one month of use.
Weeks later, I was hit with a surprise $50 “recycling fee”, and of course, my $20 deposit? Never refunded.
It’s ridiculous. It’s dishonest. And it’s just plain bad business. ReadyRefresh has one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with, and the whole system feels like it’s designed to frustrate and nickel-and-dime you on the way out.

This company has the worst website issues. Over the last 4 months, I have had to call the company to pay my bill over the phone due to account issues. They have my account under 3 different numbers. My account has been overcharged for 4 bottles of water each delivery. Yes, I know about the delivery fee, but my account is charged something different every month. I can not get a hold of anyone to speak with me about fixing my account!!! I will not be paying $95.00 for 4 bottles of water when my account is up to date on payment.

Primo Water Delivery Billing Transparency Concerns We recently signed up for Primos home water delivery service on a Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised when the delivery arrived the very next day. Initially, this seemed like a great decisionfast service and convenience. However, our enthusiasm quickly faded due to unexpected billing issues.Upon receiving our first bill, we noticed a discrepancy of $93.89 over the quoted price. After contacting customer service, we learned that we had been overcharged $4.90 per bottle, and there was a hidden $50 hold charge placed on our payment method. This hold, buried deep within the service agreement, was never disclosed by the sales representative and is set to be released within 30 days. Additionally, there was a $6 deposit per bottle that added to the total cost.Customer service was responsive and agreed to credit the overcharge on our next bill, which we appreciated. However, the undisclosed $50 hold is concerning and feels deceptive. Transparency in pricing and terms is essential, and hiding fees in fine print undermines trust. While weve decided to continue with the service for now, this experience has left us questioning Primos approach to customer communication. We strongly urge them to re-evaluate how they present their pricing structure, ensuring all fees, deposits, and holds are clearly disclosed upfront.

Had ******** delivery service, which was bought by Primo, which was then bought by ready refresh and merged with all other water services in my area. Never had a problem until the merger. Stopped receiving deliveries, or would be scheduled to have a delivery that would not arrive. Automatic payment system went haywire and my account went delinquent. Took hours upon hours to try and rectify everything. Zero customer service, done via email. Once fixed, they again missed the scheduled delivery and posted it out for over two weeks. Finally canceled my account and am getting my own water. On top of this terrible service, they encourage you to tip their drivers, after charging you an insane delivery fee. Mother in law was also a customer, but no longer. Stay away from this mess, there is potential to damage your credit rating.

Worst delivery service company EVER. **************** *****. Delivery date changes every day, multiple times per scheduled appt but how convenient- if you're willing to pay them a fee they can miraculously get it there on the day you need. We changed water delivery companies & couldn't be happier withthe new service. Stay away from PRIMO water delivery (and beware- they took over ready fresh and several other companies but when you go to schedule it still says old company names). Just be careful when finding a water delivery service. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with them.
