    I took the car in to recalibrate the air suspensions left front. They told me I needed an air suspension shack to be able to recalibrate. I agree to the replacement of the air suspension. The car was returned to me without calibration, and the air suspension still going down the air suspension was not the problem, now they’re telling me that I need a module and when they did the diagnosed they did not tell me anything about the module had to pay $2498.45The job was not done. they asked me if I want them to take $300 off the bill and I told him no I wanted my car fixed. They said there was nothing they could do. and hour later they called me. They said they had to use module they could sell. I told him if the module was the problem I would’ve told him not to do the work that diagnose was 150 and then end up charging me $300 I would’ve paid the 150 and walked away if that was the problem the module. The car spent a week in the shop, and I got it worse than I brought it in. would like to have my money back so I can bring it to another mechanic to get it fixed.

    Mr ******** **** came in leaning to one side and he told us that the air suspension needed a module.  Our senior technician inspected the car and noted that the air shock was leaking severely and was rusted and unsafe for the car to continue operating without replacement. With Mr ********'s approval for both cost and explanation that the car could require more parts, we completed the replacement of the air shock.  Upon pick up, Mr. ******** complained that the car was not completely repaired because the air suspension light was on, Michael explained that further work was needed because the car required more parts.  This is a very complicated **** ** and was brought to us in a neglected condition with 150,000 miles and the shock would not complete the repair but it would make the car operable until he decided he wanted to finish repairing the system.  Michael also told Mr. ******** that he we would happily take the new shock out and replace it with the old one and give him a full refund but he refused, saying that his lawyer wanted him to pay the bill in full.  The offer still stands, refund in exchange for the parts we installed and the car will be in the same condition it was dropped to us in.
