8/31/2021 & 9/14/2021 To whom it may concern My name is ****** ******** and On August 31st we had Nick the owner of the company come and repair or Drive way. Theres so much that happen i dont have enough room to write it all. To make the story short they did not do a great job with my drive way. I brought it to their attention and they came back on September 14th and basicly did a horrible job fixing it . He tried to charge me more money for their mistakes. They were very very rude. We basicly had to threaten them with a lawyer for them to fix the job. They stated the reason why it came out that way was because they ran out of Asphalt. Please explain to me how is that my fault and why would i have to pay extra for them to properly fix it when it was their own fault. Please i need help on how to handle this situation and how can i get my drive way fixed properly without it looking like a patched up drive way. WE PAID 5800 DOLLARS.I WANT MY MONEYS WORTH!

Just spoke with ****** I am always responsive when my customers have a question or not satisfied and I go out and try and make it right Im not sure why they would make false accusations because I never asked for no more money never knew they were still unsatisfied all they had to do was to reach out to me again but they did not, I want correct this matter as soon as possible.
