From the moment Shawn our sales rep to the day of installation Venture Solar has been a pleasure to deal with. Having solar installed on our home was not something we were looking to do, but after speaking with Shawn we realized it made perfect sense. They communicated every step of the process along the way with us so that we were well aware of where we were in the process and how long it would take. The day of installation the crew was very Pleasant, respectful, and professional. I will recommend Venture Solar to anyone who is interested in solar panels for their home. I originally would give a zero star review with Venture. From EXTREME lack of communication with customer service, no call no shows, to issues with installation. At the begining of the project I lost all confidence with Venture. But then Ryan Henck took over my project and everything turned around. Ryan is the sole reason for this review. He emails promptly and returns his calls when he says he will. If everyone that worked for Venture had Ryan's work ethic, there would be nothing but 5 star reviews.Venture Home Solar LLC Response

Great crew of workers! Everyone was positive, incredibly polite and friendly. They stayed on task and made sure the worksite was cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them to others. A perfect reflection on Venture Solar.Venture Home Solar LLC Response

Absolutely top flight customer service. The installation crew was courteous, on time and professional. A small hiccup--a broken window--was dealt with right away, with 100% reimbursement. I think you can really tell good customer service when things are not perfect and they still go really well. I recommend Venture. Everyone I have worked with, from sales, to inspection, to installation, to customer service has been professional, clear, and kind.Venture Home Solar LLC Response
