I ordered a -40 freezer from Angelo ( Freezer Concepts) months ago and it took months to get it and when it showed up it wasn't the freezer I ordered , it was a ***** cheap freezer converted with a grey box on top. I was told it was extremely heavy and it showed up laying on its side and me and my employee carried it over two hundred feet just to get it in my yard and into our lab. Was only around 100 lbs or less. After we un wrapped it and got it standing up we called Angelo and he said to let it sit a day and try it than. When we did it fired up , came alive but would only go down to 10 below just like a Lowes freezer. This was supposed to be a stainless freezer , heavy duty commercial freezer that would drop to -40 . His response was you or someone there messed with the freezer and was my fault .And he told me that this freezer would be just as good as the one I ordered but was cheaper for him to come up with. since than the freezer stopped working all together and he told me to go Fuck off and eat it. Was myfault. This freezer was over 7 thousand dollars and has not worked like it was supposed to at a -40 below . He lied to me about the freezer I was getting and refuses to fix this in any way or replace it with the one I originally ordered. I would never buy from this crook (Angelo-Freezer Concepts) unless you want to be ripped off. He is nice in the beginning just to get your money and will screw you over if you do a purchase from him. He has been ripping people off for years now that I find out so Im here now to help you from loosing your money just like I did. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM FREEZER CONCEPTS!!!!!!!
