    We have been with Andrews' company for more than 6 years. It has been ok until recently when we got serious problems, which they can not solve and now refuse to do anything for us. On Thanksgiving day 2023 ( 1.5 months ago) our boiler stopped working, they came quickly and tried to fix it. However the problem persisted even after multiple visits ( 6 visits total) and charge of $2500 for parts and labor. I have all the receipts. After visit # 3, they called the ***** services and got some recommendations to change some (expensive) parts. That did not help either, only for a couple of days. They called ***** again and this time a representative came with their technician (Jan 5) They spent 2 hours and replaced another part. However one week later we got the same problem, and it became much worse, the boiler practically stopped working and the house is freezing right now. I called today Jan 12 at 8 am and asked for urgent help. I asked them to call ***** again, or at least ask the same technician from the last visit to come (as he knows the problem better). Their customer service told me it was not possible, and they can only come next week Tuesday (wait 3 days) When I tried to insist on urgency, and asked if they cared about their customers at all, she advised me to call someone else to do the work. I kept asking and naturally expressed my dissatisfaction with their response, she eventually hang up the phone; in 5 min the owner called me only to tell me not to "harass" his employers and that they would not do any work for us anymore. Which I presume is a good excuse not to deal with a difficult problem they can not solve. It is their practice not giving any warranties, that what the owner Sam told me when I tried to ask before replacing the expensive (heat exchanger), no warranties are given, just pay the money. My complaints are: a. The do not care about their customers, and they are not professionals. they seem to know very little about boilers. b. The owner is very rude. He probably will blame me being rude, but I only wanted to resolve the problem and have better service. c. I should not pay for the work, as it did not help at all. in the best case scenario pay the parts only. I always pay my bills, but this time I feel it is totally not fair. All our holidays are totally ruined, it has been very frustrating to check boiler every hours, and now every 10 min. I have to look for someone else and pay money again - not a good experience again.

    I’m reporting this company for discrimination and refusal of service due to race. I acquired this company when I was transferring from oil to gas. I was told that every year I need to have my filter change the first year they came and changed the filter, everything was fine. It was coming up to the second year for service again I scheduled make my appointment months in advance. No one showed up I called the company to asked about my missed appointment no one showed up to I was told they had an emergency. I asked why no one called to let me know and to reschedule since I took a few hours off work to be there, no explanation given. So I rescheduled another appointment I called a day in advance to make sure someone will show up to service the equipment, appointment confirmed. A few hours later I got another called emergency and they can’t make appointment but they can come now. When I enquirer about them coming now I was told that’s no longer available and will have to book me out in July because they are too busy. I told, Melissa that I can’t keep making appointments and taking work off and no one showing up, she couldn’t give me an answer. That’s where the conversation ends and I see no other reason why I keep getting deny for service.

    There was absolutely no refusal of service due to race and/or discrimination. Given circumstances on the day the appointment was scheduled for, we were unable to make the scheduled appointment. On the specific day, we had two technicians out and it happened to be an extremely hot weekend. On that Monday, we got bombarded with emergency air conditioning calls. For us to provide the best emergency service to all our customers, we ended up cancelling all routine maintenance calls. However, since we knew *** ***** had confirmed, we tried our best to accommodate and have a technician go to her house. I left a message to see if the technician could head to her house, she did not pick up in that moment but called back a few short minutes later. In the interim, unfortunately, we got inundated with other emergency calls that take priority over scheduled service. When *** ***** called back the technician was already rerouted to an emergency call that came in, just as we would do for her if she had an emergency call. I tried my best to reschedule for an appointment in July, when I know it would not have been cancelled and I was going to offer a free year of service to the customer, but she hung up on me prior to me finishing. We apologize for the inconvenience of *** ****** but there was never a refusal to provide service.
