We reserved M&M Removal Services (in August 2022) for a complete move out from ******* to ******, ***  This also included a trip to a storage facility. Based on the 2 trips, Tinamarie scheduled the move on 2 separate days - Saturday and Sunday, Sept 25th and 26th. A few days prior to Sept 25th, Tinamarie informs us that her crew is not available on Saturday and, instead, they’d like to schedule for Sunday (Sept 26th) and a 2nd day during the week. This was not ideal for us given that my husband and I both work FT. Instead, we decided to try and get everything moved to the new house and storage facility in one day. First of all, they showed up an hour later than promised on Sunday. After packing the trailer and dropping off items in ****** and storage facility it was 5pm. They didn’t want to make another trip so they agreed to return on Monday and move the remaining items. My husband sent them specific instructions with texts and pictures on what exactly needed to be moved. It turned out to be a much shorter day and they left many of the items behind. My husband was disappointed because he had to work Monday and couldn’t be at the house to ensure they got everything. They sent us the invoice which came to $2,295 and change. This just didn’t seem reasonable based on having worked with them in the past. Before paying, we told them about the missing items and they agreed to come by ******* and take the last few things to ******. My husband was there. They grabbed the bare minimum and left without saying a word to him. We were forced to rent a ***** on Friday/Saturday (October 1 and 2) and move the remaining items ourselves. The price would be warranted ($2,295) if they had fully provided the services they promised. But I think they should give us a significant discount, especially since they didn’t provide services as promised.
