    I've received terrible service primarily from Matt D*** Acquisition Manager, which was finally certified by Mr. T****, the CEO. Alpha Capital agreed to purchase my home in March of 2022, they had me evict my on-time-paying tenants, then hold me in a contract until October of 2022. Mr. T**** agreed to pay my expenses due to the extended process involving their closing issues. They gave me a closing date of October 1st, which came and went, and then canceled a week later citing inspection issues and a mutual agreement to cancel; This is despite two inspections both pre and final on top of Matt D*** confirming in writing they were proceeding with the purchase due to passed inspections. They don't take your time seriously and are not honest or reputable. I don't recommend doing business with this company due to it's shady practices and unethical actions. Please consider an honest company that's worth your time.

    Hello, We had originally executed a purchase and s*** agreement in January, 2022. Per the purchase and s*** agreement, the property was to be delivered vacant at closing however, the seller was unable to get the tenants out earlier than 8/1/22. Unfortunately, in that time frame, the housing market started to drastically fall and our valuation models changed in accordance with the rise in interest rates. If the seller was able to get the tenants out earlier than 8/1/22, we would have been able to close per the original closing date with a vacant home but given the unforeseen market circumstances surrounding the date of when the tenants could leave coupled with the rising rates, we were forced into a position to terminate this contract.

    Under the your company's direction, Matt D*** directed and verbally agreed to the tenant's contract attached. Matt was also advised that the tenants vacated prior to August 1st as requested. This doesn't change the fact that the company intentionally misled me for months with false pretenses to purchase with inaccurate/false close dates despite my stating that we had other interested buyers. Alpha continued to decline releasing the aggrement adversely affecting the consumer profits. Your cancellation statement says none of this information, in fact, it states quite the oppososite. Your CEO and Acquisition manager should have never verbally agreed to my expenses if this was truly the case your "alleging".
