            On or around August 5, 2023 this company dispatched a technician to the house and through this technician's negligence the homeowner of the house was electrocuted and had to be rushed to the hospital with resulting injuries. We are trying to find out if this company has insurance so a claim can be submitted, but this company will not return any of our calls or letter. Please assist us. Thank you

            I have used this company over the past 4 years to service my boiler. I have found Matt to be reliable, easy to deal with up till now. We recently had him install a mini split heat pump which was sloppy. His workers left a mess in my garage and were consistently on their phones whilst Matt was not there. One of the workers asked me for a fork and dressing for his salad. On the way out he asked my wife to dispose of his trash in our recycling. I am installing a new oil burner in my basement and will not be using hyper fusion again. Communication was also very poor to Matt not showing up on days he stated he would not returning calls or text messages. If you don't look after your customers someone else will.
