      One of the Best jobs I had done in a long time . Great crew salesmen was great listed to my wants and knew what I said respectable crew I can not say enough great things from start to finish polite cleaned up and did not fuss about working . In and out made it easy as they could. ! GREAT JOB

      Have had the system for 3 years and just upgraded to the battery back-up. All of our interactions with CT Basement systems have been positive and professional. Have referred to two others and they are just as happy with their installation and outcomes. Would highly recommend.

      July 2023 Sales rep (Vin) from CBS told me about the Triple Pump System. It sounded like the solution, but I was also concerned that water could be entering through cracks/holes in the foundation. Vin told me that it wasn't coming from the walls. When I asked him how he knew this, Vin told me that he had been in this business for over 20 years and that he has seen this kind of problem before. Vin went on to narrate a CGI video of how ground water enters a house. Again, I expressed my concern about possible holes/cracks in the block. Again, he assured me that this was a ground water issue only. The system was installed Aug 24 & 25. I closed up the walls mid-December. On Dec 17, water began pooling from under the new sheetrock in 3 separate places. I called Vin who instructed me to call the service dept. They told me that they couldn't come out or give me an appt. because they were swamped with emergencies. They said they would call me back. I called Vin again, left a voicemail, texted photos of the water. I didn't hear back from him or from the service dept all week. Sadly, it was only after I left a review on Yelp! that I got any response. The following week they came out. They ripped out the new sheetrock and did a "flood test" and discovered that water was coming in through 2 holes - where wires came through the block. Also, there was a horizontal crack along the entire wall. So now they need to bring in another guy to check that, but no one has told me WHEN. When I complained to Vin about not diagnosing the problem correctly, his response was that HE DOESNT HAVE X-RAY VISION AND CANT SEE THROUGH WALLS. When I asked if CBS was going to pay for new sheetrock, he went on to tell me about their poor profit margins and that I was being unreasonable. This company guarantees a dry basement. I paid 17K for a dry basement. I still have a wet basement and I'm being ignored.
